Schumer says that since theyre not pushing for registration, then mandatory background checks is okay.

Manchin says "But private sales are not included" Cruz says that "since any advertisements are included then it sweeps in a LOT of new people"
Machin says that "but if I buy online, i still have to got through an FFL" Cruz wavers, doesnt mention that that only applies to INTERSTATE SALES not INTRASTATE sales. That would have shut up Manchin today
