Well I just bought my first ever 44 SPCL revolvers, both 624.
I got the serial numbers from the pawn shop a few days ago and contacted S&W to make sure they were not on the cylinder recall and they were not, so time to shop.

This pair was in the local pawn shop until today.
I’ve been eyeing them for a while but the hang tag price of $999.00 each was a little steep for my tastes and I figured they’d only come down a couple hundred.
So today I decided to make an offer on the pair for $1200.00. Well without haggling (I’m on the frequent buyer program there :) ) they made the deal for both.

No original box or papers, but I did score a sealed bag tool kit in the deal.
DOB 3" 1986
DOB 4” 1987

They need a good cleaning and then out for a little range work.

Thanks for looking.

Wow, fantastic deal, and for both of them! I would have been ecstatic just to get one of them! Don't even know which one I would lust after first; the versatile 4" square butt model or the super snubby 3" round butt model.

That's got to be the Deal of the Century right there! Congrats on your new found acquisitions!

I know which one it would be for me ..... the 3" RB Model is just bad! :D

Fantastic deal! The 624 is my absolute favorite, likely because they're in my favorite calibre. Now you need to go burn some powder
