I have shot 357 Magnum for several years (Snubbies to 8" barrels). My CCW is a S&W 640.
My best friend sold his revolver to me, and it was amazing to shoot. I'll need to work up to further distances so I started out at 50 yards. I will be reloading my own ammunition.

Obviously, the longer barrel and the rubber grips help with recoil but it wasn't unbearable... I'll use snap caps to work on trigger control and to work on anticipation of my recoil.
