"Yes, it was a very stupid thing to do.
But we all had made mistakes, we are only human."

Does that include Democrats?

I went up and surveyed the damage this afternoon.

1. The IDIOT has vacated the neighborhood. I hope this is permanent.
2. The restraining order was for something else.
3. If anyone had been sitting on the toilet in the bathroom traversed by the bullet, they would have had some sort of cranial injury at the very least.
4. There is a 44 caliber hole going through several walls and some ceramic tile. Not a good cartridge for home defense in an urban environment.

And if you were crossing the street when someone ran the red light you would be roadkill.... Luckily it didn't happen.

Again, overreacting...

I wholeheartedly agree with "leadcounsel."

Every time some idiot screws up the government looks to fine or tax you, and for WHAT? Would that fine have fixed the wall, or taught the idiot a lesson? Would that money have been reserved for a victim's fund?

Nope . . . it would go into the general coffers to help finance our runaway government . . . and probably left the young buck with no more money to make restitution.

If it was up to me, I'd make him fix the repairs, apologize for being stupid to all concerned . . . and be required to take a gun safety course. THIS would cover all the bases.

I'm glad no one got hurt!

For me? My 6" barreled .44 Magnum is stoked with a heavy 300 grain hardcast bullets that always shoots through and through a deer . . . and down a hog REAL fast too. With a .44 Magnum, I want heavy penetration . . . but would NEVER use it for self defense in town. Ummm we are ALWAYS responsible for where out bullets go if someone gets shot accidentally. Always.
