The rules of safe gun handling haven't changed since well before that was produced. But like everything else in live there are those that think they don't need to follow the rules. You see it every day on the streets as drivers look at speed limits as just a suggestion.

Kind of reminds me of these Remington and Winchester pamphlets my Dad picked up when he was a kid. Doesn't every guy wear a suit and tie and have a hat on when they go shooting?
