scope 4 a savage 10fcp hs precision???

Hi everyone,

My friend will most likely be getting a Savage 10FCP HS Precision and he would like some recommendations for some scopes. I think he would like to keep the price under $600. Furthermore, after he practices, he will prolly be shooting up to 800 yards. Lastly, if anyone has some other recommendations on a comparable rifle in price, quality, consistent accuracy ect…. it would be much appreciated

I like the Bushnell 6500 series, but I like anything w/ 6.5 "zoom".

Is he has deep pockets then get a US Optics, S&B or PH.

*EDIT* I just saw the $600 limit, my bad, the Bushnell is a good choice.

Honestly as long as he sticks close to the $600 price range he is getting quality glass. Find the scope with the features he likes in that price range and he'll be all set. Not a lot of crap scopes in the $600 price range.
