Scope mount

Hey guys. I picked up a vortex crossfire ii 3-9x40 scope. I want to put this on a budget ar build I'm working on. I'd primarily use the scope, but would have flip up backup irons if that will affect anyone's answer to my question. The question is, can anyone recommend a good value for 1 inch scope rings? Thanks a ton.

For an AR, I recommend a one piece AR specific mount, like the SWFA SSALT, the Burris PEPR, the Aero Ultralight, and the Primary Arms mounts. These will be inherently more solid than any two piece setup, but more importantly will bring the optic forward so you have room for your rear sight. They look much better on ARs too. I think most of the mounts I listed are sold as 30mm with 1 inch inserts. So basically, pick a favorite out of those.

I am a very firm believer in the Burris P.E.P.R. mount.I have used and abused them. They hold up very well.

I've used Burris - Larue - Bobro and others.

I think Bobro is the best of what I have used. They have a very solid reputation as well.
