2-7 Leupold is not what I would consider a lot of glass. OP isn’t looking for a woods critter gitter or 15 yard plinker.

OP did post TWO 457s were purchased. One to be a plinker with 3x9 to 15 power scope and the other to be a precision rifle with a lot of glass.

purchased 2 cz 457’s ... one ... more of a general purpose plinker, so maybe like a 3x9, maybe even up to a 15 power scope or more

... On the MTR ... precision rifle, want a lot of glass on it, without exceeding ... $1,500
