I don't know about a low mount on an AR. To get a proper cheek weld you'll likely need something in the category of extra high rings. Check out the mounts made by American Defense and LaRue Tactical. Might as well check out Bobro as well.
Does your reciever have a raised rail? If not, Tony is right about the high rings. Also, I would add Nightforce to the list. They are really good rings IMHO. They give a 'square on square' contact between rail and rings.

I use Burris signature zee rings with inserts, they don't mar the scope tube easy to install and it is flexible(adjustment) with insert kit if needed, switched all my rifles to the Burris and so far no problems.
i ended up finding some leupold q-ds they mounted easy there supposed to be able to be removed and put back on without losing zero if so i can put some iron sights on too but that remains to be seen i'll let you guys know if it works
