There's been talk about SCOTUS invalidating NFA34 as unconstitutional.
If that were to happen, how would/would it impact the Hughes amendment, if the items regulated by NFA34, silencers/supressors, short barreled rifles and shotguns, destructive devices and selective/automatic fire firearms, were made unregulated by such a ruling?
