I get mine from my tire shop. I buy two installed tires and carry home all the lead ww he has accumulated. I have 3 vehicles! You catch my back, I scratch yours!
I also gave him a couple of boolits I made, he was amazed at them. PR at its best.
I have found more zinc and steel lately though
