Selected for Buckeye Firearms Active Shooters Training

I will be going through the Buckeye Firearms Active Shooters Training for Teachers and School Employees as A School Bus Driver along with a School Principal to add to my resume ,has anyone completed the Training in Ohio?

Thought you meant selected as a bad guy. That can be fun. One of my LGS asks for volunteers when a local PD or SWAT want to do a scenario. They don't mess around but if you see how poorly some of them react to just sim rounds you wouldn't want to be around if they ever really got into the thick of it lol.

That's great they're doing one for teachers/faculty members. We need a heck of a lot more of that in this country.

Will you actually have permission from your school board (or board of trustees if private) to carry? If you are in a union, what is their take on this?

Yes it is the TCI,and at present My school system protects every one by informing the bad people that they are not allowed to bring their firearms on the premises because its a GUN FREE ZONE,I'm taking the course mainly for my resume and certification in case I move to a system that allows teachers and employees to be armed and in case my system would wise up to protect the Students ,Teachers and Employees.
