I have a table at a gun show this weekend and I'm planning on trying to sell a few of my personally owned suppressors.

First, is this a legal venue?

I realize that the buyer will not be able to walk away with the suppressor that day. He'll have to file all the ATF paperwork and after he gets his stamp I can transfer it to him.

Any advice on selling NFA items FTF or at a gun show?

Thanks

Can transact the business anywhere, just can't do the transfer without the stamp as you note.

If the show has no issues with it, it should be legal.

No reason you can't make the deal at the show, but as you say, the buyer must comply with the law and ATF regs. But make sure you are OK with both the show sponsors and local/state law. Some shows (for PR reasons) ban auto weapons and devices like suppressors. I assume you would not have or be selling suppressors in a state that bans them, but there are some peculiarities in state law that you need to be aware of.
