Has anyone ever heard of them?

I saw one of their knives on eBay while looking at some other stuff. Sweet looking double edge dagger, made out of D2...

Priced at $90, not bad for a company/person that I've never heard about.

Looked at their website and that's where I got a little . Some nice looking stuff but the prices are kinda cheap. I would expect some of them to be priced at a couple hundred or more but they were priced really cheap!

So now I'm thinking of Big 5 knives made out of Pakistani horseshoes! So, anyone know anything?

Yeah, that has Waziribad written all over it. The immediate "tell" was the sheaths. Then I started looking at the range of knives and started seeing the characteristic weird Pakistani/Mall Ninja style.



OTOH, Buck and Bear are a pair of brothers from Pakistan, educated in the USA, that started a company to try to get reasonable quality traditional US and European designs without the strange Pakistani twist in style selling in the US. It is possible for the Pakistanis to make basic knives that are properly heat treated.
