Is this place still in business? I placed an order for parkerizing solution on Saturday 4-23-11. I checked the status of my order on tuesday and the website says my order is pending review and to "Please contact Shootersolutions" So I sent an email and received no response. I also called and left a message. No call back. So I figured I would give it another day. I tried to call again today, no answer so I left a message. My bank account shows the payment was taken out. What gives? I'm thinking about calling the credit card company and having them cancel my order.
