Also, don't let the glasses ride directly against your forehead or eyebrows. I've found that leaving just a tiny bit of space for ventilation takes care of it for me most of the time.

Better yet tie the glasses to your bandana, so they don't slide down your nose while you are sweating buckets in 110-degree heat index.

Stimpy calls this my "spaz strap."
