While shopping for some new roller derby gloves I came across some Fox Racing BOMBER gloves with built in carbon fiber knuckles while they might be viewed as offensive weapons on the track; they looked really useful as shooting/tac gloves. I like Fox gloves because they allow really fine dexterity. Wish the bomber gloves came in a more subdued graphics style. Anyone using them?

Also, just discovered Mechanix is making M-Pact (impact) gloves in 'covert' (black) coyote tan and woodland. Anyone try these?

If you're into that sort of stuff, try the leather Voodoo tactical gloves sold by Cheaper Than Dirt. I bought a pair to try them out for cold-weather shooting and I really like them. They have the polymer-molded knuckles like you mentioned. All in all, they're worth twice the $20 bucks they cost me. Get a size bigger than you think you'll need though.
