I don't know of any manuals but check out youtube.

I don't think there is such a thing.
There have been a ginormous number of models made by a like number of companies over the years.
The old timers building real Colts & Remingtons didn't know what a shop manual was.
And the Italian clones more recently came in so many flavors nobody would know where to start writing one.
