short case 50 caliber bolt actions

I am curious, Has anyone converted a bolt action to a 50 caliber pistol round or similiar? I am thinking along the lines of a carbine like the 77/44. I know it is over kill for deer, but it would be perfect for toilets and such. Plus it would be a "fifty".

No bolt action but I do have an AR in .50 Beowulf, its a fun rifle!

Doesn't "Wild West Guns" do a lever action in .50S&W, pretty much custom order.
Maybe they could build you one on a bolt action.

I have seen several 500 S&W lever rifles, but I am thinking more on the lines of converting a locking nut barreled rifle. Rebarrel, face the bolt, maybe block the magazine.
I did think the beowolf or 50AE might be an easier conversion considering the absence of a rim.

The .50 Beowulf and .458 SOCOM would be really cool in a bolt action carbine. I don't expect anything like that will ever be produced commercially, though.

I have read of a guy doing a 50 WSM.

The 50wssm would be nice. I had not considered wildcats, but that would make a simple conversion.
