Why cant mossberg ghost ring sights be used with a heat shield already installed??? it looks in pics of the 590 with a heat shield that ghost ring sights would fit if the heat shield was already installed. thanks

I'm guessing the heat shield's diameter is big enough to block the view between the rear and front sights.

That's just a total guess because I've never handled a Mossberg with a heat shield before...
