What are people's opinions on Sickinger holsters? Although I live in a part of the UK that still allows pistols, there isn't a great deal of choice for holsters, specifically for a CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow. I spotted a Sickinger duty holster specifically for that gun in a store, but it was pretty expensive, and I wanted opinions before I made the purchase. It looks pretty much like this one here:

I'm in the USA and have never heard of them.

However, the one you pictured is not a duty holster.
A duty holster would cover more of the gun, incorporate some sort of retention device, and carry the gun weight lower on the belt.

That one appears to be a very well made, low-cut I.P.S.C "Limited Class” Competition, or Speed Holster.

Yes, it would be expensive.

It will require a very stiff & expensive gun belt too, because the weight of the gun is very high above center and not supported, and it will flop around and beat on you without very adequate gun belt support.

I guess for carrying around the range, and for what little IPSC shooting we have over here. I'd be shooting production division.
