Sig Mosquito vs. Walther P22 as suppressor host

Yes, I know that this has been done to death, but searching results in early threads where both guns had issues. Now that both have been out for long enough for most of the bugs to be worked out, I'd like to get a feel for which one is better for me. Also, since most of the other threads start with "I'd consider a ruger, but..." and then inevitably leads to the whole group telling the guy to just get the Ruger, let me make it clear now... I am only interested in discussing these two guns. Also not interested in hearing the benefits of suppressing guns or the legalities... I know already, and it's a waste of a good comparison.

That being said, I want to get a .22 pistol that can be easily suppressed. I have narrowed it down to these two pistols. They both have the features that I want, yadda yadda yadda. Here's what I'm hoping to find out:

-While neither one of them is the most accurate or reliable .22, which is the more accurate and which is the more reliable of the two?
-Is there a significant benefit to one over the other?
-Hey P22 owners, what kind of groups are you getting?
-Hey Sig owners, what kind of groups are you getting?
-I will be using subsonics (probably CCI)... Is either of these more reliable with subsonics?
