New to me Sig is shooting to the right. I'm trying to be easy on the sight screw but it will not budge. I tried heating with a butane lighter...no go.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Tom

Edit... target shot at 10 yards from a rest , Win White box 95gr flat point.

Take a proper size Allen bit, put it in the hole, and whack it hard with a hammer a couple of times.

Might jar it loose.

I dont think you can heat it with a butane lighter hot enough to do anything.

And if you did, you would melt the colored dots out.

No problem!
Glad to help!

BTW:
I noticed in the picture the sight looked way right of center?

I might go ahead and take it clear off and see if some idjit drove it over with the screw tight.

If there is a divot in the slide dovetail from the screw sliding sideways?
You might want to dress that down with a needle file and start over with a clear deck again.
