I can't comment specifically on the 250 series but I CC a P320C and find it completely concealable and very accurate for a compact size pistol. The subcompact size grip I found a little too short for my liking and didn't like the fact that I gave up capacity over the equally concealable compact version.
If you don't mind a DA/SA style trigger, the 250 is a fine gun, albeit discontinued, but a good gun none the less.
Around my area the 250 never seemed to catch on with shooters, myself included, in spite of good ergonomics and being a pretty accurate gun for what it is.
If you aren't hard set on a hammer fired gun I would suggest you look at a 320 instead. The gun is nearly identical to the 250, again sharing the same grip modules, but the striker fired action and trigger is much better than the 250's trigger.
