OK, we all know most Sig pistols are not plastic but there are a few. When I saw the P250 I hated it and I still do. I don't like the looks and I for sure don't like how it feels in my hand. Enter the P320... It looks more like a Sig and it feels more like a Sig but it's a polymer pistol.

Has anyone here shot the P320 yet? If yes how well does it shoot? Does it feel like a Sig should? Better yet, has anyone shot both the P250 and P320? Can you give a comparison? I know, a lot of questions but I'm thinking about buying a P320 probably to replace the Glock G19 I just can't take a liking to...

Don't the 250 and 320 share pretty much everything except the slide and firing mechanisms?

I will admit that the 320 has a smoother trigger, and is on my short list of striker fired pistols. That said, I like the 15 round revolver that is the 250 compact. I shoot it well. Much better than a Glock.

I haven't held them side by side, but I don't see a lot of difference aesthetically between the two beyond the back end of the slide having a hammer or striker.

I never liked Sigs or HK's (respected them, just didn't like the big clunky boat anchors of the past.) However, a Sig P320 does have my interest, but in 45ACP. Too bad Walther never released a P99 or PPQ in 45, ... wishful thinking.

I would like a striker fired 45, and I'm looking forward to when Sig releases the P320 in 45 to try it out.

I had great hopes for the 250 when it came out. It felt pretty good in the hand and the DAO trigger was pretty nice, but it just didn't have enough accuracy to hold groups at 50 yards.

I was a bit hesitant to jump on the 320 bandwagon, after the fiasco of the 250, but talking to enough people, who I feel know a lot about guns, convinced me to get one last December.

I've felt both the FS and Compact 9mm versions and think they feel better in the hand than the 226...maybe even better than the 228 :what:

The 320 and the 250 share grip modules and holsters, so they feel the same in the hand. The only real difference is the lack of a hammer on the 320 (there is a filler panel at the rear of the slide and the striker action for the trigger.

My 320 Compact, couldn't find and FS without night sights, had a heavy trigger of about 7-8 lbs...and it was gritty when new...but was surprisingly accurate (I'd been told this, but really needed to prove it to myself), pointed well and transitioned quickly. The trigger breaks much cleaner after 500 rounds, but is still a bit heavy...not all 320's have heavy trigger, I've felt a couple that were very nice right out of the box.

My M&P9 replaced my G19 a while back, but I've been shooting the M&P in IDPA ESP class since I changed the trigger to the Apex Tactical FSS. I'm thinking of shooting this 320 in IDPA SSP or USPSA Production when the FS conversion kits come out...just have to replace the recoil spring and the sights.

The big attraction, for me, is the ability to change between 4 calibers and 4 frame/slide sizes, while maintaining the same trigger feel. I'm thinking a 320 in 357SIG might be just the thing in a Carry or Compact size...the Sub-Compact doesn't hold much interest for me

The P320 and the P250 use the same grip frames. If you didn't like the feel of the P250, the P320 won't offer any improvement.

A while back I was interested in the P250. That was before I handled one. I've since checked out the P250 and P320 at the gun show. I'm quite underwhelmed with both. I still like the concept, but these Sig models are not for me.
