Yeah, around $400 was what they mentioned in their email this morning. Looks promising enough. Will have to check one out once they hit the dealer's shelves.

Store here says "Get your name on the first one to come through the door, $449.95."

I am sure price will come down as they get enough distributed.

20 rounds is nice but if the trigger is not better than a G44 or S&W Plastic MP 22, I will not be interested. The PPQ .22 shows it can be done.

My favorite FFL called, already had em and had to sign an NDA. Picking one up tonight.

There are several videos on YouTube, all of them indicate it is very reliable, has lots of nice features, but none of them talk about how accurately it shoots.

MAP is $399. A dealer can’t sell it less than that.

MAP is minimum advertised price. I don't believe fed laws allow manufacturers to mandate an actual selling price.

It's perfectly legal. In fact, most firearm manufacturers have a MAP/RPM policies that their dealers must follow.

This looks phenomenal by all reviews, and if it's actually reliable it's going to be the market leader. It will also show that Glock made a mistake with their 10-round magazine in G44.

That said personally I prefer my rimfires in the style of Browning Buckmark, although obviously the magazine capacity is twice smaller.

Right -- manufacturers are under no legal obligation to provide their product to retailers, so they get to dictate the terms. If you want to sell their product, you play by their rules.

I picked up a P322 tonight. A few initial thoughts:

It looks and feels like a giant 365XL. I have medium sized hands and it's a bit big, plenty of room for bigger hands/ For the price it's a nice package. It has good fiber optic sights, two different trigger shoes, the rear iron sight is adjustable, cut for a micro dot, and has a thread adapter in the box. The magazines seem like good quality, and there's a nice loading tool included.

The trigger pull and reset are quite good, very little take up and a nice break, fairly short reset. It's also easy to take apart, and the controls feel good. The safety has a nice click on/off.

Hopefully I'll get to shoot it this weekend and report on accuracy/reliability.
