Well even after I posted some questions about Sigs current quality, I want to price out a gun. Does this shop have a good price?

Fair price not a great one.
You could get that gun for around $700 shipped so depeding on what you pay for transfers and Tax it might be worth your time to call around.

With the new Sig MAP program it is hard to get a handle on what they are really selling at.

but, $785 (with pistol in hand for YOUR inspection) doesn't seem too
terrible to me. Compare if you will, back in December of '05 I gave
$760 for a NIB SIGARMS P229 .40 S&W that I just had too have.
With taxes included, the bill came to $813.20, for a baic all black
SIG P229 with factory Trijicon night sights. So, I don't believe that
your deal should go sour, try'in to save a few bucks.
BTW, My P229 was a rail-less model, with no DAK trigger system.

Seems just a tad higher than I've seen that pistol up here. I believe the last one I priced (standard DA/SA) w/night sights and the rail was about 749 smackers ...
Of course I'm in California, but new regular P-Series Sigs are running about $825-$840. Night sights are extra. Can't say about the DAK system. I'm with Ala Dan on this one. There are better deals to be had through the internet. But it's nice to be able to inspect before you buy.
