What's the current going rate for a NIB SIG 229 DAK in 9mm?

Does Sig offer Certified Pre-Owned SIG 229 DAK's in 9mm? If so, what are the prices for those and does anyone have a source.

And, finally, does anyone have a lead on a used 229 DAK in 9mm for a good price?

I wish I took his name down, but there was a kid fresh from his tour in Iraq trying to sell his 229 DAK in the shop the other day. He bought it before his deployment and just now got to shoot it. But, during his deployment, he learned to shoot & prefer something else so he was looking to unload. If he comes back in, I'll get you his in, I'll get you his name & number.

NIB P229 9mm DAKs can be had for about $700 - $750 depending on finish and night sights in and around my area.

CPOs are hit or miss for most dealers, but they do come in P229 9mm DAKs. They generally go for $500.00. There have been alot of issues with the CPO finishes peeling and flaking off.

Personally, I'd look for a used one before I would buy a CPO.
Used DAKs come up pretty often as alot of people buy them, but then don't like the trigger. I have three Sigs with the DAK trigger and love them.

I just bought a P229 DAK in 9mm last week from CDNN for 569.99. Shipping was 9.99 plus a 2.99 adult signature fee. These are brand new Sigs. CDNN had about a dozen of them when I ordered mine.
