I recently picked up a Sig Trailside, but the grips are just a little short. I even had my wife hold it and she thought the same.

Has anyone put different grips on these? Are the Xesse grips a little longer? Larry's Guns has some Rink grips that look a little bigger. Also, Nill Grips makes grips for these...but they are close to $200.

I have big hands (I wear XL gloves) and have a hard time finding grips to fit me anyway. The gun shoots so nice though that I don't want to get rid of it!

Which grips are on it? The black ones, or the blue/grey laminate? The one I own is the 6" target model with the laminate grips (not the Xesse style) and they fit me pretty well, it sounds like my mitts are near or about to yours.

I agree - the stock Trailside grips are terrible...

Call Larry's and get a set of the black plastic Xesse stocks - they are about $100.00. I didn't see them on their on-line menu last time I looked. They really make all the difference in the world for this piece. I have a set of them on my 4" Trailside...

I have the standard black plastic grips with the screw in the middle. I have the 6 inch model with non-adjustable sights. I've only shot it a couple of times so far, but it was realy smooth!

I really like the looks of the laminate.

Thanks for the replies...keep them coming!
