Sights On Rossi .22/410 combo

I have a rossi .22/410 takedown rifle/shotgun combo. It has some cheap plastic sights on it that are always coming loose and moving around.

How do I sight it back in when it gets knocked out of place? I am new to rifles, so I need to know in general and for how to adjust this guns sights in particular.

How much would it cost to take it to a gunsmith and have him put on a more solid set of sights?

Either a light application of loctite (I think the green version is what you need, not the blue or red), or a screwdriver; it depends on what's holding the sights into the barrel.
