I'm selling one of my Yugo SKS rifles. I'm not sure which one to sell.
Both are Yugo, original stocks and finish, no rebuild marks, all matching and in Good to Very Good condition. One is import marked on the receiver but has the plain unfinished looking stock (dated 1973), the other is import marked on the barrel and has a nicer looking stock (dated 1984). They both look like they have been handled but very little use.
So which one would you sell?

Always interested in an SKS reasonably priced. But, why not keep them both? They are good shooters, accurate, tough, and cheap to shoot. A few years from now you will kick yourself for selling it.

Have you taken them apart to look for any flaws? Which one shoots better groups?
They both look very good inside with perfect bores. They both shoot like a typical SKS. The one on the bottom has noticeable import marks on the barrel but has the better stock.

I'd sell the bottom one. I like the look of the uniform wood color of the top rifle, so I'd keep that one. The chip in the stock of the top rifle (second picture) looks pretty insignificant.

Sell them both and find a nice Russian, or Yugo without the grenade launcher.
I'm not partial to the balance of the grenade launcher Yugo.
Just my opinion.

I like them all even the Yugo M 59 66 . From experience they group tighter maybe due to the nonchromelined heavy barrel. Mine is 2 inch MOA at 100 yds on sandbag rest.

I All ready have a Russian. I would like to add an Albania or a M38 Mosin to the collection. That's why I want to sell one of the Yugos.
