"Underworld" simply looks like a rip-off of White Wolf's World of Darkness. Should be an interesting movie, though, and I'll likely see it.

At first I thought that was Michael Jackson

Vampire girl: Full sabrina, back to threat, black leather.
Skunk: Low ready, slicing the pie, Royal Robbins :D

Kate Beckinsale packing heat and kicking ????? Oh yeah... I gotta see that. She's a hottie, that's for sure.

Those ALMOST look like CZs she's holding, but they're probably some modified Beretta 92s.

'Taint full sabrinas. That's dual half-sabrinas. She's easier on the eye than Skunk (sorry Skunk old buddy) but I'd rather have Skunk with me in a gunfight. :D

saw the trailer for this....

Saw the trailer for this last night when I went to see SWAT. It started out
really cool. I love scary movies/books/etc. I spend big $$$ every halloween
doing up the house & scaring the kids... I'm into it!.

So imagine my dismay when I realized it's romeo/juliette story. Here's the
line: Vampires w/ semi autos fighting werewolves - ancient hatred in the
dark world of things that go bump in the night. Tremendous looking
special effects. One female vampire falls in love w/ a werewolf. Star-crossed
lovers indeed...

How they could warp a cool looking flick like that into a love story is beyond
me.

I probably won't see it.

So it's kind of like Aliens vs Colonial Marines, and Private Hudson falls in love with the Alien queen? :barf:

Gary....:D

Useless stuph in the shooters lexicon

Original Charlie Angles had one character named Sabrina. If the gun was held by both hands with the muzzle pointed up towards the sky, that's a Full Sabrina. If held by only one hand with the muzzle pointed up, that's a Half Sabrina.

Hmmm...after Peta Wilson's excellent lady vamp character in the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen I'm starting to like Lady Vamps:D

LXG is the best blockbuster I've seen this summer, by the way. As much as I like Angelina and Jennifer Connely, Peta can bite me anytime:D

Oh yeah, LXG stars a double rifle, too:cool:

I don't know about you guys, but every time I see someone wielding two handguns in any movies, I just have to throw a fit. Not like a child and whine about it, but I just have this thing about two guns in a firefight. It's just plain wrong. I'd much rather see actual actors acting out "tactical" sequences or action segments. SWAT was a fun movie and I can appreciate some movies that Jackie Chan does just because a lot of the stuff you see him doing is actually being done. Compared to most people I know, I'm a very rare breed in that way.

It's kinda like makeup with regard to special effects; a little bit is good, a lot of it just looks stupid.
