Slight trouble with an online gun seller

On the night of 1/4/2007, I ordered a P95PR15 from Bud's. Their website says it was in stock. I got an email today, 1/9/2007, stating that my order has been cancelled due to them not ACTUALLY having the gun in stock. The email also said that my credit card would be credited back for the entire order.

I emailed them back asking them how long it would take have the refund credited to my credit card. The guy said "two days." He also said that they made a mistake when trying to credit my account and charged my card a second time! Ouch!

They are crediting my card back, but I sure was anxious to get my pistol.

After finding out about my order mix-up, I have located a local gun store with a new P95PR15 for $339. They are closed Wednesday and Thursday. So, I will go make my first handgun purchase Friday. After taxes, the total will be slightly more than the online purchase. But I can just walk in there and buy the damned thing!
