The clarity of the video is great! You should try passing it through a video editing program and experiment with slowing the frame rate some more. Windows live movie maker is usually on any new windows computer or can be downloaded for free. The slower you make them the more you'll see. It will also allow you to cut out all the frames in between the action shots. It sometimes takes me hours to edit down high speed videos to produce a clip a couple minutes long that will hold someone's attention.
 
Fun to watch. Minor comments. You aren't wearing safety glasses. Bad. I know someone who is blind in one eye because of this.
