but for a 25; i had one the other day. i put it down on the desk and cant find it now.....colt 1908 kinda defines the 25. though if it is the smallest. i do not know.
do a search cause there is a diagram posted that will be of interest.

Bayard .25, .32 and .380 were all so small that they are hard to hold onto. I've been reading up on them because I may have to make a firing pin for one. Size wise they are a lot smaller than a Kel-Tec. It's hard to imagine anything much smaller in an auto pistol than a Baby Browning. (4.3 MM Lilliput, :))

My Beretta 418 is on the smaller side, but is plenty heavy.

As Bobo mentioned, the Walther Modell 9 is reputed to be the smallest one around, slightly smaller even than the Baby Browning. The Model 9 was approximately 4 inches long and weighed 9 ounces. Magazine capacity was 6 rounds. About 250,000 examples were made from 1921 to 1945.
