I like mine and love to shoot it. Couldn't see the stock front sight so I had it machined so I could replace it with a dovetail sight. Also had it cerakoted.

Numrich has most springs available for it.

The 422 uses the same mags as the S&W Model 41.

Mine is a six inch with adjustable rear sight.

A fired 380 cartridge works as a take down tool.
I needed to tune the tension on the extractor for reliable operation. Now it feeds most anything.
Deactivate the magazine safety will improve the trigger pull
I have tried two barrels on a suppresser and neither were threaded true.
Reproduction plastic grips sold on Ebay were junk.
 
Don't dry fire as this is hard of the firing pin (not a bad idea to try to track down a spare)

My 622 has been 100% reliable with OEM 12rd mags and decently accurate.

It was my son's favorite handgun for many years.
