Does Smith and Wesson make a snub nose .22 other than the model 317 that is currently available?

I know they have made other .22 revolvers in the past, pre lock, but I haven't seen one in a snub nose.

Here is my model 34-1 in 2 inch.

Pre lock and no MIM. They are out there but not cheap.

To answer your question, no.

They stopped making the model 34 in 1991.

All the early .22 kit-guns were 6-shot.

BTW: I replaced mine with a 317 some years ago when they first came out.
I have been very pleased with it.

Had a Mod63 4in. I got rid of years ago. P&R. Curse myself to this day for it!

I have a 34-1 also and I'm pretty sure that S&W makes their lightweight 317 with a 2" or thereabouts barrel and nine shots. It's much an alloy gun, even the cylinder is aluminum I'm thinking, although I'll admit to not having paid it a lot of attention.
