Looks like Gov. Quinn will be using his amendatory veto powers on the Illinois carry bill which of course will get over-ridden and then the bill will become law as it was originally written.
Quinn will say he did his best and win the hearts and minds of the anti-gunners who will hopefully vote for him in the next election.
Madigan won't be able to say Quinn was soft on gun violence in her campaign against Quinn for the governorship and won't be able to appeal Moore v. Madigan to SCOTUS since Illinois has met the Federal Appeals Court requirements with the enactment of the carry bill.
Not good. Rather she appeal it to SCOTUS.
