If you get to Trinidad, Colorado, I know someone who has a spare can of 4F. ;)

thanks I sure can use that powder :) also range report I went and fired both cylinders for a total of ten shots and wow this little pistol shoots great and is fun to play with so can't wait until I get back out to the range for a longer session of shooting time but this little pistol rocks!! :)

Take a NRA Summer gonne-smithing class here in Trinidad and you can pick one up for yourself. Jack Brooks is teaching inlay here.

well I got the new super companion and tried prodex pistol and it did okay but today I went to my only local dealer about 50 miles away and bought the last two pounds of goex 4f powder and tried both cylinders loaded with this powder and all I can say is wow! this thing rocks!! and also shoot tighter groups with the 4f powder, so now I want to buy the 1860 earl model cap and ball next... god help me lol by the way I wonder if the swiss powder is a bit stronger?

got a new range report I bought a box of Remington 12 gauge #4 buck and cut one shell open and emptied the buckshot out and separated it from the buffer. well I loaded a scoop full of 4f goex bp in each cylinder then loaded the buckshot in each cylinder and capped it with number 11 rem, caps. well I gotta say this little pistol shot these #4 buck very well!! I couldn't believe it, I was like wow! so now I need to order a box of this buckshot! so now have two ammos I can use in my new naa super companion! :)

well today I bought two tc flintlock priming flask they drop 2.5gr 4f powder and hold 80gr total of 4f black powder so now i'll be using one for measuring the charges for my naa super companion as I got to trim the spout to drop 2gr of bp x2 for each cyl, so it'll make easier to load the cylinders for my super companion! :) plus the extra one will be for the future companion model i'm planning on buying as it uses 2.5gr of 4f bp so this one will be perfect!
