If you all dont already have one of these to put over your body armor for home defense I highly recommend you get one. If you don't want to wait the 8-12 weeks or indefinite time period to get one you can do what i did and order one from Brownells. This gives you 24 rounds at your disposal. You can either run a trauma kit in the pouch that's on it or you can buy additional shotgun cards and attach them inside the pocket as it's velcro lined. You can also run another card on the outside of the pocket.

I rock several SOE items both on and off duty and they're tough as nails. Their nylon flashlight holder for the surefire 6p has been going strong on my duty belt for nearly two years now. Every other brand both leather and nylon tore up in a year. They do alot of double and triple stitching and box x stitching in the right places.

All their gear has a lifetime warranty but I doubt you'll ever have to use it.
