Well all my funds from the ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ Decals I am selling (thanks guys by the way) is still going toward my CMP M1 Carbine.
But I have AR fever, so I started selling stuff, and decided to sell my beloved Taurus Ultra-Lite Titanium 38 Special Snubnose. This gun was in great shape and I knew it would bring close to retail so I put her up for sale, to help fund the AR build.
Sold in 3 hours online.
At first I actually told one guy thanks but no thanks and withdrew the ad. But then after browsing through sites looking at Uppers for the new AR I realized why I was selling the little snubby to begin with.
Thankfully someone else called before I could remove the Ad and the gun was sold, Transaction completed and firearm cleaned and placed in factory case with manual and Keys ( ).
Does anyone else feel this way when selling a firearm they are fond of for the first time. I really liked the Taurus but the AR is calling me to build it.
I think it is even worse because I would sometimes carry the snubnose. I had become attached to it really.
Though I still have many Handguns I do not have another revolver, so I will have to replace it as soon as I can.
Selling a good gun feels like selling a good dog.
