Austin has fallen in love with this rifle. The first day he fired it he said that it would eject but not pick up the next round from the mag. But he had only fired three rounds. I polished the chamber a little and oiled the gun good and he took it out a few days later. When he got home he couldn’t stop talking about how great it shot. I guess I will be loosing this rifle before I even get a chance to shoot it.
He’s already talking about building another one.You have a very lucky son.
I’m glad he loves it.
Maybe you should make a twin to have when you go shooting with him. Or maybe get a bunch of parts together that you like and have him build one for you. Maybe a for Father’s Day present! Or just an excuse to build one together
Looks like he caught the sickness too! That's a good dad move, passing on the love of, not just owning, but building guns... Hope my kids catch it...He’s already talking about building another one.
Of course he isHe’s already talking about building another one.
