Yeah, I have mine sighted in and enjoy shooting it. The big exception is the tough single action cocking, not only in absolute or subjective terms but by comparison to my other two SP101s, so I have ordered a Wolff spring kit and will get a complete action job in the process.
I shoot my own 327 reloads but own an unopened box of each of the others except ACP. I will probably use them to have the experience but not replace them. Otherwise, I always shoot the case size that matches the caliber stamped on the barrels. Other than 22s, I am not a fan of real soft shooting guns. 38 Special target loads is about as soft as I get. I think I might really like 32 H&R Magnum though.
I've taken mine out to the range twice. The sights needed lots of adjusting, and it still shoots a little low. It won't shoot 32acp. The single action trigger is nothing to write home about, but the double action is good. Shooting 32 s&w long feels like a 22. 32 h&r magnum was also light in recoil. 327 was a bit snappier than expected. Overall I like it pretty well.
I ordered the Triple K #570 Woodsman Pancake from America's Gun Store. It was not in stock, so I am waiting. There are few choices for this new barrel length, but sources like CME Holsters could customize one of their designs for length.
I would agree that the fit and finish is about 90% of what my older SP101's have. Still well made but you do see that overall they had to do a little less in those areas to keep the price competitive.
