About 12days ago I ordered a ST-T2 buffer from Spike's Tactical. After about 7days I had not received my new buffer so I sent a very polite email to Spike's. Two hours later I received an email back from an amazing lady named Sharron. Sharron informed be that my order didn't make to it to shipping and that she was fixing it right now. I sent another email thanking Sharron who emailed me right back to tell me that she also gave me a 10% discount (for being military), upgraded my shipping, and gave me a refund (shipping and discount). Four days later (today) I got my new heavy buffer which is freaking amazing compared to my factory buffer or any mil-spec buffer for that matter. Bottom Line Up Front, Spike's Tactical is an outstanding company and I will continue to use their products from here on out.

Great to hear. I have a Spike's rifle, but it's been superb and I have never needed their CS. Their heavy buffers are absolutely outstanding. One came with my Spike's dissipator upper from Aim Surplus, and I was amazed at the different feel is gives the rifle. When I bought a complete Spike's lower to match my upper, it also had the ST-T2 buffer. Having two, I dropped the extra into my LMT AR15, and it was a great improvement there, too. Good stuff!

I just received last week, a ST dynacomp and ST-T2 buffer. Installed them on my PSA 16" middy and shot on Saturday. Both products performed to my satisfaction. While I prefer PSA, I now, have no reservations trying more ST products sometime in the future.
