Personally, I'd flood that barrel with Aerokroil and try a wooden dowel first, and then a brass one if that didn't work. Just be aware if you have a scope and use Aerokroil it will likely loosen the scope base screws, speaking from experience. Pay attention while doing this to the crown area. Oh yeah, please make sure there is not another round in the chamber.
