At the range today doing some point shooting with a speed loader reload, first round from the reload went "Phhiiiiit" Very obviously a squib.

Unloaded my 442 to make sure the bullet left the barrel....it didn't. :( Not totally. LOL

Took a while, with the help of one of the gents who works there, to bang that bullet out. Hard to do form the forcing cone side of things.

Not that it matters but it was factory Fiocchi 130 grain fmj rn ammo.

Squibs happen, be careful.

Wow that has never happened to me have only heard but have never seen. Glad you were OK and no damage done!!

Now you just need to fire another to push the stuck one out! :D

(Don't under any circumstances attempt that^)

Very, very glad you noticed it and stopped firing. Otherwise your OP would be titled "Lefty" :D

Yeah I was happy I didn't blow up my gun or worse. :what:

What was is good to know is that this squib was VERY obvious AND it almost cleared the barrel. Just 50 more fps and I think it would have made it out.
So now I know what that feels like, good to know.
