Absolutely. They use standard 12 Gauge components...209 primers and plastic wads.
I have also used them to duplicate one of Hubel458’s ubiquitous “Shotgun from Hell” loads. 60 grains of IMR 4759 and one ounce BPI Thugslug.
That is the picture in an earlier post.

PS: made a mistake in that earlier post. I seal the overshot cards with Duco cement, not Devcon.
