I am seeing two different thicknesses of SS pins for sale. The are .078 and .047. Do you prefer one over the other? Does it even matter?

The pins that came with my Franklin rotary tumbler were thinner and a bit shorter than the Guntap stainless steel pins on amazon.

I put away the FA pins and purchased more Guntap pins. The thinner pins were hanging up in my strainer.

I have used the 0.047 for over 4 yrs without any problems. The larger pins may beat up the necks more. I have never had a pin stuck in the flash hole. You may find out if the pins are short in length they will get lodged in the necks of some brass. When I run across these I just toss them. I think I only had 10 or so in 5# of pins.
