I have a Star that was a former Star A Guardia Civil gun and rebuilt by Star in the 1980s,fitted with a new slide and 9 Para barrel and sold to a German distributor/importer; Silesia.
The gun came without a magazine and I wonder if someone here has an idea where to find an original Star magazine, or if the Triple K mags work well enough.

Personally I would stay far far away from any Triple K magazines. I bought a couple years ago for Star pistols and every single Triple K mag had issues.

My Star pistol is a Star B with the slotted frame, the flat mag bases from the 1960s on do not work and I finally found a WWII mag in Germany yesterday.
TripleK mags can be hit or miss and some models work better than others. Kurt, the owner of Triple K, bough a rare Manufrance Reina from me just to be able to build the magazines and test them in the rifle.

Antaris resides in Davenport Iowa. I have two of his books. He is one of the ultimate authorities on Spanish pistols.
