State Representative Joe Carr, from Tennessee’s 48th District filed legislation Tuesday, House Bill 0042, that would charge any Federal agent with a Class A Misdemeanor for enforcing or attempting to enforce a federal law, statute, rule, regulation or executive order that bans, restricts or requires the registration of any semi automatic firearm, firearm accessory or ammunition.

Wasn't sure were to post this. At least some of our State reps are speaking out for RKBA.

Too bad he can't grant local sheriffs the ability to nab them off the streets and hold them indefinitely without trial...on second thought, sounds like Mr. Carr has his head on straight. Thanks for the update.

Change the misdemeanor to FELONY and it would be just right.
